The main ferry to Mull departs from Oban, 'the gateway to the isles', and arrives at the port of Craignure some 45 minutes later. Tobermory is then a 30 to 40 minute drive northwards and the road is clearly signed.
Glac Na Ceardaich itself is located at the top of the village, off Raeric Road, and is reached by its own farm track.
